Create a Safety Culture

Fly where you need Access
Regulatory waivers are a way to gain access to places that would normally be prohibited under FAA regulations such as flying near airports, at night, beyond visual line of sight, and much more.
​
FAA waivers are currently taking approximately 90 days to process but these authorizations are good for up to 2 years.
​
In order to be approved, the FAA requires a demonstrated need and you must be able to show that your proposed operation meets certain performance standards.
​
For example, say you need to capture aerial images near an airport at night. We can get you the approval by demonstrating to the FAA that it can be done safely without interference with manned operations or need to maintain radio contact with the local control tower.
